As part of the 180th anniversary of Beethoven’s death, Grace will be performing his complete sonatas for cello and piano with cellist, Adolfo Gutierrez Arenas, in a concert at the Auditorio de Zaragoza’s Mozart Hall.

Grace will be in the US with recitals in New York, Honolulu, San Francisco, and Chicago (a live broadcast on WFMT-FM radio). Her duo-piano appearance in Honolulu with special guest narrator Minna Sugimoto from KHNL News 8, will be a benefit concert for The Renaissance Academy.
In addition to two performances in the California Bay area, Grace will also be giving a masterclass at the San Francisco Conservatory on November 27th.
Grace returned again to Japan for a recital and her annual Grace Nikae Piano Seminar for talented students. It was a special visit as it was also the release of a book written by her mother, Kazuko Hashiguchi, entitled “Haha no Ai (A Mother’s Love): Pianist Grace”. The book covers her career as an educator, and the challenges and rewards of raising Grace.
The press acclaimed Grace’s recital with the headline: “Intoxicated by a Polished Performance”.

Grace will be making her solo recital debut at London’s Wigmore hall on May 28, 2006 in a varied and exciting program of Scriabin, Granados, Liebermann, Ravel, Ginastera, Arronte (world premiere), Liszt, and Bartok.
Grace will be performing recitals in the US this month, with performances in Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Dallas, and Honolulu where she will receive the 2005 Hawaii Music Award in Classical Music.
